PHOENIX, AZ – Herb, a member of the Thrive Events leadership team, was recently promoted to manager. The firm’s director discussed his efforts to scout regions for new headquarters and to train sales marketing professionals.

Herb was promoted to manager in August, and is already busy locating a prime territory for his new office space. “Herb has worked diligently to gain this promotion and is motivated by the various challenges he will face,” Nejad continued. “His goal is to establish a team and develop brand initiatives in an entirely different market. He’ll be in charge of strategic planning, onboarding, setting and exceeding revenue goals, and building a leadership team of his own. Branching out into his own center of operations is going to keep him busy, but I’m confident Herb is up for the assignment.”
