We have aggressive growth goals here at Thrive Events, and they continue to push our company into a brighter future. Puneh, our firm’s President, explained, “We’re excited to announce that we’re expanding into Los Angeles. The success we’ve achieved in other divisions has given us the ability to stretch into an entirely different state and region.”
There will be many opportunities for our team members as a result of this expansion. The new office means promotions for existing brand analysts as well as a hiring push. “We want to keep exceeding our ambitious growth goals,” Puneh added. “That means we need to keep building our team of top performers. We’ll be looking for motivated people who are ready to challenge themselves to go beyond their current skill sets.”
New additions to Team Thrive Events will find an immersive training program that prepares them to succeed in all kinds of roles. Puneh remarked, “We provide hands-on education that runs the gamut from outreach fundamentals to human resources tasks. Our team members are therefore prepared to meet any challenge that comes their way. This in-depth approach to training extends beyond a person’s first few weeks with our company; education is an ongoing concern within our office.”
