Thrive Events September Spotlight – Sawyer!

Thrive Events is introducing our September spotlight, Sawyer!

1. What part of working at this company do you enjoy the most?

I love the relationship and development that comes with the growth in this management program. In the field as well as in the office. The development has been life changing, personally as well as professionally.

2. What have you learned from working at this company?

I have learned what skills it takes to be successful with face to face direct marketing. I have learned the terminology of marketing & business alike. I have also discovered what I am capable and what challenges I have rose or failed forward in. Learned new ways to solve issues and finding the solutions in everyday life.

3. Where do you see your future with this company?

I see myself taking this adventure and opportunity as long as I can . I want to continue to learn, build relationships and co-workers, while growing financially to get to opening new markets and creating a strong and reliable team.

4. What has been your most favorite moment while working here?

First day of training while in the field my Campaign manager Rachel S. described to me how I was defending my negative attitude and made me self aware of how far out of control I let myself fall . There and then I changed not only my attitude but my life and ambitions. I didn’t let things that have happened to me in my life define me any longer. I took control and flipped it to become successful.

5. What do you enjoy most about being part of this team?

My business partners, everyone is so kind and helpful. It could be a question to a traumatic issue and I know that they are arms length away with helpful and honest suggestions or be a friend in a time of need. A trait that I have never seen in any other business setting.

6. What makes your job so rewarding?

The reward of knowing I am putting my all and completing challenges and obstacles and being able to get work done and tools I have acquired that help me in any situation I may be in. It’s all very rewarding.
